Communication was spectacular. From the estimate, through booking actual work, until day of job! Dan was our guy through the process; was professional, attentive, friendly & thorough. We had an old chandelier removed then replaced with a beautiful new fan/light fixture on a sloped ceiling. Dan assembled the fan right out of the box, corrected the bracing inside the ceiling, installed then updated the power source. We also had a faulty switch for our recessed kitchen lighting changed out to an even nicer one. Overall, the experience was seamless and pleasant. Highly recommend.

We called Lon Lockwood because they came highly recommended and were highly rated on Google. Jessie was kind, enthusiastic and inquisitive during the phone call to make the appointment. We appreciated her transparency and thoughtfulness as she outlined how the appt would go when the technician arrived at our home. In addition she was able to have a technician show up to our house the very next day and at a time that worked best for us! When Dan S. arrived he was just as kind and very professional and put on shoe covers without us having to ask. Dan took the time to listen to the electrical issue we were having and also went through the process of how the appt would go in order to resolve our problem. Throughout the appointment he was able to make some suggestions for electrical upgrades to ensure everything was safe and discussed how he fixed our problem to make us feel like the job was done correctly and with quality results. Our electrical problem was fixed and we might even be hiring Lon Lockwood again to replace our circuit panel. Dan did an excellent job while providing wonderful customer service without making us feel like our small electrical problem was a waste of time. After Dan left, Jessie called to follow up to make sure we were satisfied with the service and overall quality of Dan’s work. This goes to show that they take great care and thoughtfulness in creating a seamless experience for their customers. The price was very fair for a small project and we will definitely be considering them again in the future!

We would highly recommend the Lon Lockwood Electric team. October 2025, our home had an issue of house lights flickering at random. We called Lon Lockwood Electric on a Monday and were able to get a service consult appointment by Wednesday am. Dan arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our main panel and found it had corrosion on bus bar, circuit breakers and bottom of panel. He showed us the corrosion issue and outdoors showed where the water was potentially entering. Dan wrote up an estimate to replace the entire main panel and for work outside to bring the situation up to code. The inside work was done Friday starting at 8 am and ending by 3 pm. No more flickering lights. We were very impressed with Dan's knowledge and he clearly explained how the replacement would be done. Mike and Cam did the replacement work and were on time, very professional and answered all our questions clearly. They left the work area clean. Mike and Cam went through the entire home to label each breaker in the main panel and to verify all switches and outlets were working properly. We were very satisfied with the entire experience. This was my first experience with Lon Lockwood Electric and I've found my electrician. From the very first phone call they've been nothing but professional. In fact everyone was outright nice. Everything happened exactly on schedule with no wait time and was communicated easily between phone, text and Email. The electrician himself, Shane, was great. After assessing the situation he came up with the options and walked me through it all in a way I could understand it. The pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again.

First time using them and I must say, I am very pleased with the customer service from the first contact till the end! Jessie (Cust. service rep) called the morning of the work to let me know who was coming out and an estimated arrival time. Pleasant and professional, so refreshing to encounter. When the electrician arrived, he introduced himself (Dan) with a big smile, he put on his protective booties(raining outside) and started off with explaining the company background. Good information to know. I let him know why I picked their company, etc and he answered any and all questions that me and my dad had regarding the work. We needed a couple outlets put in, got a whole house power surge protector and a light switch updated. Dan gave us the cost, estimated time it would take to complete it and once approved, he got right to it. Once he was done, he explained everything and made sure we were good with this work. He actually found some issues as he was working, but he explained them and gave us his recommendation. Excellent work for a VERY reasonable price. We are over the moon with our new, SAFE, updated outlets and whole house surge protector. We will be using them again! We recommend this company!!!
