Alex is an excellent communicator. He confidently managed the complex job in my pre 1880 house's septic system with ease. Alex is very laid back and patient, while being very committed to doing high quality work. I highly recommend Alex, his team, and Roman Home Services wholeheartedly!

Wesley arrived early because he completed an earlier job and was in the area. He was friendly, polite and professional. He evaluated the job and explained what needed to be done and quoted a price. He took care of the issue quickly and made sure the area was very clean before he left. We were very satisfied with the work that was done. I also wanted to commend the office team for how wonderful they were. Super friendly and helpful. Very well run organization.

I set up the appointment on the web site on Wednesday and someone came out on Friday! I had a section of the house without power and they found the cause quickly and then did some work I had "planned" to do myself but am SO THANKFUL I asked them to do. Totally worth the money! Very polite, kind, and helpful. Will definitely call them again. Ask for Jim and Karl
