I called Bunnell because we were having an issue with a circuit that kept overloading that we couldn't figure out and they sent someone over the very next morning. They had it figured out in an hour and with this house's wonky wiring, that is impressive. So then we had them out to put in a surge protector for the house and a couple of extra circuits and they were just as great. Professional, quick, fair pricing. We will absolutely use them again.

Start to finish Bunnell Electric was great. Very fair pricing, great value, and quality of work. My project was a residential service upgrade alongside a hot tub switch, and wiring. They started even earlier than quoted and finished up well ahead of schedule. Work was completed to bid and it was a check I happily wrote for a job well done.

I've been working with Bunnell Electric since we returned to Cincinnati in 2019. They have always been responsive, always on time, excellent service, and the job never has to be redone. Joe and Ben went above and beyond to coordinate the installation of a ground wire, gas line, and network conduit to my new garage/office and coordinated on the project to install all of the electrical for the new construction, obtaining all of the required permits on time and in a way that ensure other aspects of the project could move forward without delay. Whether it's a major project or you simply want to add an electric outlet to your kitchen island (they did that too!), Bunnell should be your first and only call.

I used Bunnell Electric in Cincinnati, OH for commercial electrical services for a large commercial project. The service they provided was exceptional. There were several times we needed disconnects/re-connect completed and they were there the same day. There is no other electrical firm you should use in Cincinnati, OH. I called for a quote to rewire my house, made an appointment for the evaluation, and had two techs in. They spent 5-10 mins, took a look at the fuse box, and left. Today I got an invoice for 90$. Nothing on their website or when they physically entered my home lead me to believe that getting a quote for electrical service would involve a nearly 100$ service charge. Ive had 3 other electricians for quotes and none of them charged me.

Stay away from this company! Lisa in office is very rude and unprofessional! Will never do business with this company again!
