I just don’t like energy companies.. imagine cutting off energy to a baby because you don’t get your money oh but the ceo needs more jet fuel for his private jet.. my bad I guess your right babies should go without energy so you can have your luxury

I haven't had power for 38 hours, and when I called, the person on the phone was extremely rude, plus they plan to do a rate hike, better off switching to an off grid solar system of you can afford it

Never been on payment plan. I hear their the worse ever. U don't pay the full amount miss it by 0ne cent u will be did connect. With reconnect fee. Like u had the fund to begin with. Rates have went higher. This winter has been terriable for seniors!

Wants you to pay but both website and sms are down and they constantly twxt about it you can't have it both ways maybe us citizens should contact the ftc and not to mention scheduled maintenance for over 5 days edit 6 months later have n oitage get power back for roughly 4 hours only our side goes back offline and we have a person on oxygen I'd probably lower my atar rating to leas than 0 if i was able to at rhis point

Came home to notice I had no power....at 3pm... Called and they said there was an outage .... Every apartment in my building regained power....mine was still off....come to find out someone else in my build didn't pay there bill and they mixed them up with mine...the technician was super nice and helpful....but how does every let some one sit without power for 4 1/2.... With groceries being as high as they are you guys need to be more on the ball with things like these

This company is a joke they have monopolized the power industry so therefore they can charge what they want and treat people worse than animals when you call and finally get to talk to someone they treat you as if your poor and can't pay your bill so you are beneath them I talked to a man and he actually laughed at me and called me a liar my ex put the electricity in my name and ran up a $3,000 bill but they have no interest in that they don't care they just want that money

Terrible business. I hate we don’t have other options because we’d pick another place. We have auto pay set up. It didn’t come out. Causing us to be late. They said our cards expired. 1. It’s not. 2. We have TWO valid cards on file. They have us in a hole now with a huge bill because they have done this to us twice. Won’t own up to their mistake or try to fix the issue at all. Worthless place
