Harte Electric LLC

After 10+ years of loyalty to another local electric company that keeps getting worse, I've found my new electrician. They came highly recommended to me by two separate people I trust, and for good reason. They are friendly, responsive, honest, and fairly priced. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We contacted Harte Electric to install a generator interlock kit on our house to connect a portable generator. The house has a 400a service with two 200a main panels. They came up with a cost effective solution, performed the work quickly, and now we're prepared for any power outages. We also had them install a 100a subpanel in a detached garage at the same time. Again, the pricing was reasonable and they did a good job. Finding good contractors that don't take advantage of you is difficult in my experience. Harte was great to work with and has my business for any future electrical work.

We had Serena and Brian fix a laundry list of issues, some of which we had been ignoring for years. They got the work done in only 2 hours, when we thought for sure it would be at least a full day's work. The price was also about a quarter of what we had budgeted for everything. We are completely blown away by what a great job they did! We had this company recommended to us by a neighbor after they heard we were planning to use Dawson's. They'd had a horrible experience with Dawson's - in particular some raging misogyny. We canceled that, and called Harte. Nothing but friendly professionalism from the first phone call until the minute they drove away. We'll be using this company from now on!

Had a great experience! They were able to do all the various things that needed doing, from rewiring a closet light to fixing garage lights, even getting rid of some old leftover outlets in the middle of the yard from a prior owners above ground pool. All for a very reasonable price, from two very friendly and professional people.

Let the 1 Star reviews speak for themselves. Buying a townhouse and the seller used this company to fix outdated aluminum wiring. They did not fix issues or address problems within the home inspection report. These days with shady contractors and expensive replacement costs you have to watch out. Update Harte owner is still trying to blame others for him being a scammer and liar. Seller had to pay another company to fix his horrible unfinished work.

Had a great experience! I had dated fluorescent fixtures above my bookcases which they took down and installed 4 pot lights! Love it! Will totally use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
