Smartron Electric could be your first and last search for your home needs. I can certainly say this with extreme happiness and gratitude. Yes, I did use Google to learn that Smartron is family-owned and community-based. Not only was I floored by the positive expressions of satisfaction from former customers but how the company responded to each and every one. Then the phone call. I was greeted by Laura who demonstrated knowledge of the work I needed done--all with patience and a lovely phone personality. Ryan! Ryan assessed my needs, gave me a written quote, and arrived promptly on a followup visit to install my lighting fixture. Again, Ryan was thoroughly professional: polite, patient, excellent communication (answering all my questions), and performing first-rate work that thoroughly met my home needs. You have been truthfully/sincerely advised to consider Smartron for all your home/business electric needs. For me, I will look no futher than Smartron for already planned projects. We were extremely satisfied with the work completed by Ryan and Collin from Smartron Electric. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were friendly and extremely neat while completing the projects. In addition, Laura in the office was very sweet and helpful in scheduling the appointments. We originally called Smartron to address the problem with our double oven tripping the electrical panel. Ryan took care of that, and then asked if we had any other concerns. Based on our discussion, we decided to have them install a whole house surge protector, upgrade the lighting in our master bedroom, and put outlets in the floor in our living room (so we could plug in our Lazy Boy sectional without having a wire across the floor). The whole experience from start to finish was just wonderful and we are so happy we found them. If you need any electrical work done in your home, please don’t hesitate to call them!! Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! Smartron was prompt, courteous, and kept me informed every step of the way. We’ve hired Smartron for several projects now—they fixed our previous electrician’s messy surge protector job, fixed a weird light flicker in our common areas, installed power sources for our electric patio shades & even installed some market lights. This latest project was a bit more involved— they installed new phillips hue lights on 18ft ceilings & hard wired a whole new POE camera security system. These guys can do it all. We have our own NAS and they knew exactly what it was, how to work with it and what products to recommend—and for what they dont know, theyre transparent, they put in some research and bring in someone who specializes in that area. Their work is fast and clean, everyone we’ve met is kind, courteous and respectful of our property—10/10 would absolutely recommend.
