I was working with another contractor to get some work done in my program at Reynolds High School. The other electrical contractor dropped everything to come out and get me a quote, they were very clear that they would only need 2 weeks lead time to get me on the schedule. As with many government funding sources, my money was going to go dry if not spent, the installation of the equipment was already complete... I was fearing that I would run out of time, my calls went unanswered as well as my emails for almost 3 weeks... Enter Andersen Electric. I talked to James and he was able to send Luke out the morning I called. They had a quote to me by the afternoon and and ironed out all the back and fourth paperwork that was needed to get them on the property during school hours that week and thursday the following week they were in getting the work done for me! They knocked the job out in the estimated 2 days. Thank you guys! You are rock stars!

Just had the owner and a employee come down and fix my electrical for my Air Conditioner. Prompt service!! considering tomorrow is going to be 90 degrees. Very friendly, personable and professional. I highly recommend. Andersen Electric for all electrical work. Found him on Angies list. His follow through and customer service were amazing!!! Nice to see these days.

Was referred to them by a family member. Scheduled an appt. for spa installation in my garage. Was told work would be done the same day. A young extremely inexperienced guy came out. He had no supplies or even a ladder. Said he could come install the next day unless we paid him for his time to shop at home depot. We agreed to the next day. My husband and I debated it due to him being completely overwhelmed and unsure of codes, etc. That night we got a confusing message from the non electrical office manager saying they had to opt out due to codes or charge us triple the price. I guess the kid couldn't figure it out??? Not a good way to run a business.

We wanted to install an attic fan and had heard good things about Andersen Electric so we called them for a quote. They came out and looked closely at the job and gave us a reasonable quote. When they came back out to do the job and climbed up into the attic they found that some of the vents in the roof that they had planned to use were faux/false vents. In order to proceed they would have had to cut through the envelope of the building. They correctly advised that only a roofer should be doing that. So unfortunately they were unable to install the attic fan. However they did not charge us for their time in coming out twice to try and make it work. That's the kind of trust and customer service you are looking for in a professional electrical contractor. Andersen Electric is now my goto for any electrical work.

Scheduled within a few weeks and they tried to bump it up a few times before I got a time that worked well for me sooner than anticipated. They were prompt and professional and were in and out in an hour.

Terrible business practices. Owner verbally degraded me when asked questions about the job. I may not be an electrician but I don't like being treated like I'm stupid. I don't know how this person stays in business honestly.
