Casey and Jerry were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to provide suggestions as we were completing our project so everything was more efficient. We have worked with them previously with our daughter’s home. The same great service there. Sean Salmon went beyond our expectations to come and provide an estimate so we could get started on our project faster. We would not go anywhere else.

These guys were recommended to me by a friend. They will not disappoint! We needed them to upgrade our electrical service so we could add a hot tub and central air to our home. They are honest, responsive, efficient, reasonably priced, don't cut corners, and do the job right the first time. We'll continue to call them AND recommend them for all of electrical needs and anything else they do related to home remodeling or construction. They are great to work with!! Everyone should have a great experience like this with their home improvements!

We settled into an old home a few years ago that needed some serious upgrades when it came to electrical. When we first were trying to acquire the home the bank did not want to loan on it unless an electrician signed off on the electrical. Salmon Electrical Contractors came out and gave us the greenlight that it was safe to move in, and a quote to upgrade in the future since it was needed just not immediately. We pushed it down the road saving for the project and each year got a new updated quote since costs would rise as you should expect. There was no complaining or pressure from Salmon Electric on getting the new updated quotes or getting the work done, and so this year we finally went forward with the upgrade project using them. The crew showed up when they said they would and began working quick and clean despite the rain and muddy backyard conditions. They updated the service meter panel outside and the inside panel bringing in a new lead line down and breaking out our old wires to new breakers in the box. Due to the amount of work they had to open some small openings in walls and the ceiling of our basement but were very clean about following lines of the existing material so that patch work would be simpler on us. I also liked they were very clear in the quote of what they would do and what they would not do for example they don't do patch work to drywall or ceilings and it was clearly stated so there was no surprise on my part. Dealing with the scheduler over the phone, and the two crew members onsite was easy and I felt they were very knowledgeable and professional through the whole project. After the work was completed we did have a couple issues pop up but found it actually stemmed from the Power Company not hooking up our service meter correctly. Even though I called Salmon Electric with the concerns they headed out to double check their work and make sure they did not have something wrong on their end. I was grateful they were willing to send an electrician back so quickly to double check their work and help identify that it was the power company. It has been a couple weeks and we have not been popping breakers like we were before with our severely underpowered home. We were also recently contacted about the bill and I noticed that they added a credit because an item that was originally quoted was not needed so they removed this additional cost. For a home owner that speaks volumes that I did not have to battle them regarding something that wasn't performed unfortunately with another contractor I have had to do that. I highly recommend utilizing Salmon Electrical Contractors as the work is clean, the employees are professional, and they worked hard to have it all wrapped up and power turned on same day.

Well, the wall charger they installed works, which is good. The customer service (Mandy) was nice, too. But after the job was done, they left a mess in our garage (there was an attempt to clean up here) and in our mechanical room (no attempt to clean up), and one of the workers stepped on our pipes on our mechanical room floor and broke one. I came home from work to find water on our floor. Thankfully I was able to fix it myself, but when I called to speak with a supervisor, they just sent the original crew out (without my knowledge) the next day to look and take pictures of MY repairs. No apology, nothing done. We paid them a lot of money for a relatively easy job and I expected more professionalism. Would not recommend.

I have use Salmon Electric for several years and very satisfied with their service and work. Projects include, electrical for large kitchen remodel, work shop, charger for car and most recently additional outlets in a garage. Very professional and communicate well.
