Absolutely tremendous service. Fast response even on a holiday. Chris was understanding, and great at explaining the electrical service. Even gave some advice to prevent a future issue. I will be recommending to all I know
We had an issue with two outlets not working. Chris was there an hour later, found a wiring issue and fixed it in no time. Highly recommended!!!

Chris from A/C Benton Electric is a liar. He could have called and given me a courtesy notice that he couldn't make the appointment he scheduled with me for Tuesday, 1/28/25 at noon. When I called him to see where he was because it was after 5 PM on Tuesday, he said he had scheduled me for Wednesday at noon, instead. Per our previous conversation, we had agreed for Tuesday, 1/28/2025. He told me he would come by the following day on Wednesday at the same time. I told him no, that I want him in the morning. He responded by saying he couldn't make it until after 9:30 AM. Guess what, he lied again. He didn't show or call. Worst customer service ever and he's a liar!
Chris came out and diagnosed my power issue with my water well. He provided me with a solution to my problem and offered advice on how to prevent my issue from occurring in the future. Fantastic guy, 10/10!
