I highly recommend Alfredo and the Elem3nts team. I have a drafty, 1950s ranch house and I brought Elem3nts in to help me figure out how to keep it warming in winter and cooler in summer. They did a very detailed analysis and then Alfredo walked me through his report with great care. I left that meeting with a clear sense of what to do next and where to find contractors and handymen with whom to do it. Alfredo was exceptionally clear, direct, and prepared at every step of the way. I would happily work with him again, any time.

I recently had a home energy assessment conducted by of Elements. Alfredo arrived on time and from the onset seemed dedicated and competent in his work. He was pleasant and respectful of my property. He was receptive to questions and communicated the aspects of the process as he went along. I particularly liked that he has no vested interest in selling any products. Nevertheless, he conducted his work with seriousness and seemed committed to providing solid information to address issues surrounding home energy needs and use. Following the home assessment, Alfredo provided me with a detailed written report specific to the findings in my home. Here too, he showed excellent follow through and the same receptiveness by being easily available by email. He provided clear, straightforward communication to help me understand my home needs and how to address them. All in all, I would say he went above and beyond and I was very happy with his work.

Alfredo was pleasant and easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He and his team did an energy assessment of our home using a process that was clearly explained and executed. Alfredo answered all questions and provided us with a detailed report, arming us with the information we needed to decide with confidence what needed to be done to make our home more comfortable and energy efficient. We have in fact followed through on recommended changes and are feeling good about the experience, particularly since our home is more comfortable today.

Alfredo and his team did a superb job with their energy evaluation of my home. I had recently moved into an older home and needed advice on how to improve comfort and reduce our high utility bills. I reached out to several providers of energy audits on the BayREN, and Elements was responsive and available in few weeks. On the day of the audit/inspection, their team arrived on time, and I was impressed how thoroughly they prepared for their various tests, taking care to minimize dust and whatnot. Alfredo then spent a fair amount of time walking me through the results, and on a subsequent call after the report was complete he helped me understand the nuances of energy efficiency upgrades and which to prioritize given our situation. I very much appreciated his attention to detail, as I could see that he could have easily provided less personalized recommendations, but instead I got what I needed and now feel confident making some energy efficiency upgrade decisions. Alfredo and his team did a great job with my home energy inspection. He explained the process thoroughly before starting the job, he and his team came on time to perform the inspection, and followed up with a clear report specifying what areas of my home needed work to become more energy efficient. After sending the report Alredo followed up with a call further explaining each section of the report, and was available to answer any questions. I now have a strong understanding of what upgrades I need to perform to improve the safety of my house and make it more energy efficient.
