Elevation Solar Service & Repair

Parker, Rigo, and Jesús came and sealed the HVAC duct work, boxes, and 2x4's that had holes drilled for electrical wires. They blew in the insulation, so I am looking forward to lower SRP bills during the months where we need to use our HVAC. When the outside temperature got hot I noticed it was still warm on the west side of our home. I called Elevation, no reply so I had another company come out to see what was going on. Elevation did a great job on 75% of our attic, but 25% on the west side didn't have any new insulation which would explain why it felt warm in those rooms. I called and spoke to Roberto Fuentes. He said he would get back with me. NEVER DID. I called back multiple times and finally got in touch with him. Sent him the video where they didn't put any insulation. He said he would get back with me. NEVER DID. Then he offered 500.00. I said I will consult my attorney. He advised that Elevation should pay a company to come out and finish the job since they claim they do not provide this service. I emailed him back to let him know. Then called and he said he would talk to his team about it. Well, you guessed it, NEVER HEARD BACK, so it seems they have no interest in provide quality service when they did not complete a job. Wish they could have handled this in a professional way by making sure the job was completed correctly.

Rigo, Jesus and Parker from Elevation were great! They arrived on time, were very professional and explained what they were doing throughout the process. They were open to questions and were able to answer them with no issues. I got a few quotes for the insulation installation and Elevation’s price was very reasonable. Thank you!

Parker, Rigo & Jesus were great!! They showed up on time and worked efficiently & professionally. I would Highly recommend them to every person who owns an older single family home. So worth the small dollars to make house more energy efficient.

They were not the cheapest but were very committed to making sure that even my home was in the best possible condition to have a successful outcome. The service was excellent. Benjamin was our sales representative and he fallowed the project through for me. He still stays in touch to check on things. We are very happy.

Had a great experience with Elevation. Theresa with the main office was extremely helpful in going over everything and helping get this booked. The install crew was great. Parker was very informative and his crew, Angel, AJ, and Rigo did an awesome job knocking this out for me. Really appreciate it guys.

I had Elevation complete attic and duct sealing, as well as insulation work on my house. Parker, Jesus, Angel, Ajay, Rigo, and Henry were all extremely friendly and very transparent with the work they were doing. They answered all the questions I had with great detail. A week later when I had some questions about the work, they came back out and re-checked everything just to ensure there were no issues and everything checked out great. My air conditioner is running about one hour less each day on average since the insulation work was done according to my Nest history, which is a great noticeable energy saving! Theresa in the front office/phone is amazing and very personable. They take the SRP rebate amount off of the price you pay, which removes the hassle of filling out the forms and submitting them for a rebate like I've had to do with some other companies, so that was great. It was a very smooth process from start to finish!
