The sales Representative Steve Hughes was most helpful at Kern County HomeShow. The office staff scheduled the service date and time. The technician was on time and took extra care to be safe and gave a detailed explanation about the winter service for the HVAC. Additionally he was very considerate to clean up the space for the attic entry.. I highly recommend EMCOR.

We worked with Steve Hughes at EMCOR Hillcrest during our decision making process selecting a new HVAC unit. He was always patient, answering all of our questions and pricing different options for us. It took us several months to decide, but every time I called Steve he was there for us. Once we decided, it was a quick and easy process from beginning to end. All of the technicians were efficient and polite, and very professional. And we are very happy with our new unit. It’s quieter and cools our house very well. I’m very happy with EMCOR Hillcrest and recommend them.

Very happy with the Summer maintenance service from EMCOR Hillcrest. I didn't have to wait for an appointment. The technician, Roland, was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he did and why he did it, also answered the questions I had.

Rolan is an absolute angel! I was told by another local company 2 weeks prior that I really needed a new AC. This other local company charged me for a repair they did not complete! Rolan completed the repair, for less than the other company charged, and let me know that my AC is in good condition, no need to think about buying a new one at this point. As a single mother, its nice to know that there are still some honest reputable companies out there. I will be using only Rolan and Emcor in the future.

I was referred to Edgar by a friend, and I’m glad I followed their recommendation. He sent his technician to replace the evaporator coil, and he did an excellent job. The work was done quickly and professionally. Now my AC is working great. Thanks to both Edgars for the excellent service! Highly recommended.

Can’t say enough good things about EMCOR Hillcrest. I bought a new home and was having issues with the unit getting down to and maintaining temperature. I called the original installation company to have them look at it and they didn’t do anything besides say this is the best it can do, no hookup to the unit, nothing. I called EMCOR and they sent out a very knowledgeable technician who took the time to throughly go through the unit in which they found that it was not operating at the manufacturers’ recommended sub cooling. They evacuated the unit and recharged it to the right level and now it’s working great! Wouldn’t call anyone else, they are the real deal and industry professionals!
