Replaced my roof. Fast, professional, no nonsense. A contractor who actually does what they say they will (getting rare these days). Price around 5K lower than the "big name brand" roofers in Cincinnati. In my younger days I did my own roofing, so I can generally tell good work when I see it. Empire did not let me down.

Storm damage caused a tree branch to be lodged into our roof. Insurance company recommended a patch job to repair the hole in the roof. However, Jarred did a fantastic job disputing the case with the insurance adjustor proving the right way to do the job per Ohio installation code is to replace the whole back slope of the roof. Jarred's knowledge of roofing installation in the state of Ohio got the whole back slope of my roof replaced by the insurance company. Thank you Empire for your expertise!

Empire replaced our roofing and siding a couple of years ago and we are extremely happy with the results. They worked quickly and communication was excellent. Empire did a wonderful job replacing my gutters, downspouts, adding gutter guards and patching up my roof where needed. As a matter of fact they replaced my roof back in 2012 . I will be a faithful customer.

From the sales and estimating process to project completion, all parts of our roof and gutter replacement project were handled professionally and efficiently. Jason our sales rep was courteous and no pressure, taking the time to walk us through our options and cost. Communication with project manager was handled mostly via text and responses were prompt. They even worked to move up our project because of rain and completed the roof in a day. We couldn’t be happier with how our project turned out.

Sales rep is a friend of mine so wanted to give them an opportunity to bid at the job. After talking to other companies it was a competitive bid. Work wise no complaints, they cleaned up well after themselves. My only complaint was they just showed up to do the job - there was no call, no email, no scheduling.
