We were initially interested in the Tesla charger installation because the ad mentioned a free charger. When we asked for clarification, we were told it was $1,199 install with a "free charger", better? As if I’m a stupid person —which felt misleading. I’m not an expert in this field, but I do believe a bit more patience and clarity would’ve gone a long way. I was ready to become a client, but the interaction felt rushed and unprofessional. Respectful communication matters, especially when dealing with new customers.

Sean and Zac were great. Sean took a look at what I wanted. Accessed material required and time. He gave me an estimate that was fair and reasonable. They showed up at the time agreed upon. I can't say much more than happy happy happy. Thank you Sean and Zac.

I came across this ad on offer up. My friends and I just got a few teslas and were looking for chargers and someone to install them. I came across this ad that said "free tesla charger" and the bio said contact for any questions. I had a feeling he was going to include the charger in the installation price and say it’s free. But I wanted to make sure that’s what’s happening. When I asked how the charger is free because he just told me a price for charger and a price for installation. And he goes like " Install is $1199. Free charger. Better?" he had an opportunity to turn me into a potential customer by explaining the process instead of being rude. We have a group of 6 that just switched over to teslas and wanted to get more information so we can be educated before making a decision.

I highly recommend Empire Power who are fully licensed. Sean, the owner, is awesome to work with - friendly, professional, patient, responsive and explains everything well. I had so much trouble getting hold of other contractors for detailed written estimates, decent price quotes and timelines. Sean gave me the most detailed estimate with all the details included to avoid any confusion and also beat all other bids. His communication throughout the entire project was top notch filling me in daily with what tasks had been completed and any issues that needed to be addressed. He also brought up multiple issues before and during the work that I hadn't considered which showed that he cared about his work and the final outcome. I appreciated this a great deal as it allowed me to have input into the project instead of him going ahead with the cheapest or easiest option which most people would have done. He completed the work on time and did a great job cleaning up the job site (which most others don't bother to do). There are so many shady and bad contractors/companies out there, both licensed and unlicensed. Believe me, I've hired many of them unfortunately ! Sometimes you get what you pay for and sometimes you get MORE than what you pay for ! Just let Sean and his team take care of it !

Service was fast and easy. I didn’t know much about EV chargers for cars and they walked me through the entire process in everything I needed. Prices are good and they were able to breakdown everything on the first call. Service guy was polite and helpful. Definitely recommend these guys.

I had an initial consultation with Sean regarding some electrical work for a jacuzzi and outdoor lighting. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to working with Sean when I'm ready to start.
