I did not feel rushed, and Joseph made sure that I felt comfortable before we ended the phone call. I felt I was in excellent hands and not just left to figure it out on my own. I only have positive things to say about this company. The technician they sent had to travel a long way not only was he on time, but he was very knowledgeable. Cracked our safe and preserved the lock and gave us our code. Our particular safe was a tank taller then me and I was very impressed with his familiarity with our older unit. Even after the fact, I lost my receipt and they emailed me a receipt even a year after service. Could not recommend them more.
