Green Scene Home Inspections

This new purchase in Dallas will be the 10th home of our lives (never in Dallas though) and wow, we were blown away by the team from Green Scene. We ended up using them twice because, the first, very beautiful newly-built home we would have bought outright. Thank goodness for the Green Scene team who uncovered all sorts of worrisome issues that caused us to back out of the purchase. They just completed our second inspection (on a different house) and the report was exceptional. I've never seen such professionalism, knowledge and the use of technology in the home inspection business like this team uses. The reports are extremely well-written and professional and very detailed. Plus, and this was a HUGE plus for us, we received two, 20-min videos (one interior, one exterior) that replays all their work and findings - amazing! Lastly, we just spoke with the concierge team who helps with utility (and many other) setups and that was an awesome, unexpected service as well. Alex was one of our inspectors and just does an incredible job. I would highly recommend Greene Scene without hesitation. Their first inspection likely saved me tens of thousands of dollars in future fixes/repairs on the house we opted out of. Thank you to Alex, Stephanie and all the team!

Best home inspection I've ever had. Alex and Adrian were incredible. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough; walking through every item in detail and helping figure out any next steps. Nothing got by them! I would 100% recommend them to anyone purchasing a new home, especially those who want the peace of mind that everything has been looked at in detail.

Our experience with Travis was great. He is very efficient and thorough and gave us a very detailed report. We were not moving and just wanted a qualified and quality inspection of our home because of age of the building. And we were very satisfied with the results we got.
