I have recently been introduced to Daniela and Kendy. They have recently helped with my personal services which triggered me in seeing if they could help me with a construction site as well as a few of our commercial buildings. This company is Awesome. I strongly recommend them. This crazy system Texas has of signing up for Electricity is hard to understand and is a real crap shoot in choosing a "provider". These guys answered every one if my questions and gave me an honest assessment of my current plan and options going forward. They explained whats eeally going on and what to watch out for… Strongly Recommend!

DO NOT USE Truenergy for your business accounts if you ever intend to sell your business to a new owner. Even after both parties sign an Edoc to complete the transfer of service, they will not complete the transfer. The original owner will continue to be billed and held liable for teh account. Truenergy will also not answer their phone or return calls when messages are left. They force you to go through the BBB to resolve the issues.

I was very leary when we got a call fromTruEnergy, I thought it was to good to be true, especially with all these scams going on. I let Mike Saenz email me some info on TruEnergy, and then I emailed him back and told him my contract was ending soon, sent him some info. Mario Munoz is my Senior advisor, he found me a very good price and I signed a 3 year contract. He is working on a deal for my mother. He did a great job. I wouldn't have been able to do it myself.
