Update: Scott came back to our house for a yearly inspection to make sure everything was working well. He added his notes to the original inspection, making it very easy to track his comments and how things have progressed since his last visit. Will certainly have him back out in another year for a similar sinpection. Scott recently did a home inspection for us and was awesome! He allowed us to follow him around the house and ask follow up questions as he did the inspection.
