I recently had a solar panel and battery installation with LA Solar. Shant was the one who handled the sale and project coordination. He did a great job of keeping me abreast of the project's progress. It took me a couple of years to get my finances prepared for the project, and Shant hung in there and did not give up. The electrician who managed and performed my installation was George. I have an extensive construction background, and George did not have a problem when I was watching his work. I must say, he did a great job. He was very understanding when I asked him to make a small adjustment. Now I am in the wait-and-see stage. I depend on LA Solar to help process the paperwork for my rebates and SCE finalization. I am optimistic this stage will proceed without problems. I will provide a follow-up review when all the paperwork has been processed.
