A friend told me about this lady. I had been doing my taxes with H&R block for the past 7 years and always got the same amount back. I don’t itemize and i always claim my same 2 children. Nothing has changed on my w-4. I come with this lady and i get way less than what i always did. Something didn’t feel right about this person. Only reason I agreed to give her a try was because my friend told me she use to work for the IRS. Come to find out she’s only been doing taxes for 6 years and like one comment said she seamed angry all the time which was true. Also way more expensive than H&R. Definitely not going back and going to compare 2023 to 2024 w-2 to see what she did different
