Customer rep is so rude I still haven't got my refrigerator been two months and they said they kept calling me but didn't so they said this will be the last time if I don't pick up. I told them I was out of town on Feb 20 and they still show up to my house to deliver a refrigerator.

The weatherization process was professional and the two installers did a great job and cleaned after themself. I had the following issues with the first crew who installed the water heather and replaced the gas wall heater, the new water heater had signs of exterior dents and even I did mentioned it to them , they installed it anyway in which few days later the water heater started to leak water also few other leaks on the piping joints that they replaced. The same crew installed a gas wall heater too at the same day but they could not start the gas wall heather and they came back the next day but no luck. The same crew also replaced the water heather exhaust on the roof and some time later when the rain started, I had water leaks on the floor and on the top of newly installed water heater because the same first crew used the wrong size flashing and damaged the shingles on the roof. Here is why I decided to give them five star reviews. After I had the issue with gas wall heater, I contacted the HVAC supervisor and he showed up very quickly and it took him only 20 minutes to figure out the faulty wiring from the first crew installation and since the heater is working fine. It was around the holiday that the rain started and the roof section above the water heater start leaking water right above the new water heater and I was able to contact with one of their managers and he went above and beyond of my expectation by gathering a crew on holiday and sending them to replace the water heater and fixing the roof under the rain unit dark to finish the job correctly. The Carrollco have a great leadership and knowledgeable team members and they take a good care of their customers when any issues arise, even in holidays!

Terrible Never should have let these people in my house! My door got damaged! Rude employees ! Rafael was very insulting! Girls in office were rude too! No professionalism! These men don’t know what they’re doing! Free service but you’re chancing your property getting damaged! I am beyond upset! Also Justin never answers the phone! Promised to send someone out to correct issues! Then sent an email stating they where going to help me. Pge then got involved and addressed the issues. Poor customer service

Wow, I am writing this review a few days after their visit.I am more than pleased on the work they did my AC is running better, my house even feels different! I am so thankful for this team and their work!

More damaging. not a program to help that’s for sure and Yolanda in scheduling is super rude and arrogant. Do Not go through this company!!!

I Never should have let these company in my house, everything was working, after 5 days my heater is not working, is was new, they came 2 times to fix it but still not working they want to charge me for what they damaged, I’m so disappointed so mad

Thankful for the company and all that they did for us but still having issues with new unit turning off in the early morning never heat in the house between 11p.m. and 10 a.m don't know why
