Bloomerang is our first donor database and we are over the moon - not only with the product, which is fantastic, but with their customer 'success' team. Bloomerang is the answer to donor database prayers! I have been in fundraising for 25+ years and have worked with a variety of donor databases and various size organizations and I can honestly say that Bloomerang is the most intuitive system I've ever used which makes it so easy to use right from the start. They make the process of changing from other systems seamless and fast. You work with a team to build a system that can account for your organizations needs and quirks. The system can grow with the organization which is awesome. The features that you need are included and other systems that we use are easily integrated into Bloomerang without being clunky. Bloomerang does not charge you for every module and lock you into contracts for modules you do not need. The cost is probably the best feature. I am now paying a quarter of what I used to pay with customer service that is actually reachable. Address corrections and wealth screening in the background is invaluable. They even offer fundraising courses that are eligible for certification points. Bloomerang makes me lament all of the time and money wasted with other donor databases.
