I'm a bit late and my case worker who's my main person I talk to although i get aot reminders sent to me.. through this process is miss Kabrina Gonzalez. She sets the bar so high for this tax firm. She did my interview, collected my documents and explained in detail why it was requested for me and my husband since we're both in process of thinking of retirement & why it's important to pay attention to when you withhold. Her detailed guidance and extreme patience to any questions and her bubbly personality made me more reassured and confident in letting her and the firm handle my case. She has been consistent and informative every step of the way. She takes the time to hear any concern you have or even when I yapp about the government She listens to you an will be the one to provide the best service. I think she's a tax attorney in my eye and I trust everything she says cause she explains the process through and though.
