I've been wanting to find a more local tax person for a while but had been too lazy to look, but lucky for me, Elizabeth (the owner) posted a blurb about her services on our neighborhood's online message board and I thought it would be worth it to give her a try, especially after seeing the great Yelp reviews! She is very friendly and put me at ease right away. My taxes can be a little complicated since I have both W-2 income and a side business, and since it was my first time with her it took a bit of time for her to set me up in her system and familiarize herself with my situation, but she handled it no problem and even took the time to explain a bunch of stuff to me that I never bothered asking my previous accountant about. I never felt judged or belittled for not knowing certain things, and I definitely gained a much better understanding of the tax process and it'll make our next year's appointment that much smoother! Just finished our appointment with BethAnne for our 2020 taxes. She was fast/efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. She answered all our questions. I had called Integrity Tax last fall with a question, leaving a message. It happened to be BethAnne who responded. She was very helpful. This, and the fact that someone responded at all, is why we switched tax preparers this year to Integrity Tax.

Once again Integrity Tax came through for me as they always do. Always a pleasure to work with them. Very honest, fast and a reputable company.

She is a real friendly person! However her flat rate is 80 and my taxes were done incorrectly. The irs sent me a letter in the mail stating I had to adjust them. Not worth the price.
