I’ve been using BTS Tax Service for years. This year I tried to test the waters with another company and I was bitterly disappointed. So I went back to BTS and I’ll never stray again!!! Nick is so personable and professional. He takes his time with his clients, he explains everything clearly and he makes every effort to get the best refund possible. Great customer service, convenient hours…I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Called BTS tax service's to see about appointment availability as it was getting close to filing time. I spoke with Nick and he advised me that the initial review was free and he was more than accommodating to schedule me for Saturday afternoon. I selected BTS because of their close proximity to me about 10 minutes away. Upon walking in I was greeted and offered water or coffee to drink. Very pleasant and friendly conversation with Nick and he took the time to explain everything to me. I am more than pleased with my results and especially making a new business connection to handle my future business. Highest recommendation!
