I enlisted the help of Grassi as I got my small business up and running. During my time with Grassi, I had a CPA leave the firm and not connect with me someone new, which left me in the dark for months. When I did finally get connected with two new CPA's, who were apologetic at first but then were hard to reach. They did not complete my work in a timely manner or fulfill promises they had made. It was a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
