I wish I could give them a better review because I could tell some of these guys really wanted to do a good job. They installed a new heater/AC unit. They left a mess in each room with debris all over furniture and floor. Sticking residue all over the kitchen floor. They left the return loose. The install of the wire outside was done loose too, with the wrong fasters. It looked amateur. They damaged the exterior. Broke a screen. They left my water hose pressurized resulting in it expanding and squirting water everywhere. The worse part was the dent and gouge left on my kitchen floor when they dropped the old unit. After attempting to contact them several times, a manager finally came over to see all the damages. Someone came to clean the residue on the floor, tightened the return, used the proper fasiners to straighten the wire, and fixed the screen. They also gave me a new water hose. However, they did nothing to address the missing wood and paint on the exterior. They attempted to fill in the gap on my floor, but it doesn't look very good at all. I learned that they consider the issue resolved. It's not! A manager should have reached out and examined the end product and determine what else could be done. I appreciate the attempt, but now my 2 year old flooring is permanently damaged because of this company. I even got video footage of them damaging the screen and throwing materials on it. The employee couldn't care less about my property and the poor quality work he performed. He has since left, but the damaged still exist. I would be more forgiving if they were honest about the damages and if it wasn't so difficult to get things addressed. It has been 4 months and still they haven't given me the documentation required to get my permit closed with the city. This is poor service at several levels.

I’m extremely happy with the service I received from John, Abdul, and their supervisor during the installation of my new AC unit. They were all professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the job was done right, and kept my home clean throughout the process. Their teamwork and great customer service really stood out!
