Lady (I WON'T Share Her Name) answering phone CURTLY said "We DO NOT GIVE Answers Over the Phone; We ONLY HELP OUR EXISTING CLIENTS in Person." Well..... James Moore is a large firm that gives you the individual attention that makes you feel like you’re their most important client while at the same time you have many years of combined experience they can pull from that will satisfy any accounting need you have. My wife and I just recently moved to Tallahassee in November, 2019 and we are both business owners. Not knowing anyone, we used google to find a local CPA at the James Moore & Co firm. I called and within 10 minutes I had an appointment the following week to see Nadia Batey. This process was so simple and easy. The building was very clean and the receptionist greeted myself and my family with a friendly hello and asked if we wanted anything.
