I’d give 0 starts if I could. The dumbest set up I’ve ever experienced. Created the account, opted for paperless billing so I’d get email notifications & I NEVER get the notification. They know this is an issue & never plan on fixing it as the email you get directly from them says, "Your account balance is due on the due date REGARDLESS OF YOUR INABILITY TO RECEIVE THE EMAIL due to it being blocked by spam filtering, not being delivered by your email provider, etc." WHAT?! Make it make sense. I’ve checked spam, etc. NOTHING. When you call, they sound like a broken record but do literally nothing but tell you, you have to opt for paperless billing.. I ALREADY AM!? It’s beyond frustrating.
As reliable as a cave fire. Technologically advanced as the stoneages, too. An absolute disgrace for the town to waste taxpayer funds on this load of bs.
AWFUL customer service, absolutely no help at all. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!
Have had them the past year with zero issues. I’ve never had to call about anything, so I’m not sure how that goes with customer service, but it’s been a great overall experience. With all of these storms and rain that’s been coming through lately, it’s evident that the utilities are well grounded, as we’ve had no power outages.
Power goes out at least several times a month. It's gone on and off about ten times in the last 24 hours, with no weather in the area to cause it. Seems to be a consistent issue with this service. My partner and I work from home and have lost many hours of work due to these ongoing power outages. Completely unacceptable.
Absolutely terrible. Power goes out almost weekly, and their interface is basically 'pay as you go.' if you pay $30, the second you've used $30 worth of power, they shut it off. No warning about the usage or account balance. I've been late to work 4 times in the last 6 months because the power was shut off in the middle of the night. Customer service is completely non-existent. If you aren't living in a complex that forces this dumpster-fire of a company on you, then don't do it. You will be sorely disappointed and regularly frustrated.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would! When the power goes out in my area, this utility company does nothing to inform their customers of what is going on or when the outage will be over. You are literally and figuratively "left in the dark!" SMH!!
