My brother hired them when I spent most of my time at the hospital a few years ago, and they did a great job of installing the new furnace system. The space was so small - as the boiler was blocking access, in a small closet type area, to remove and install a new furnace. So they took apart the furnaces to remove, and install the new one. They also installed a nice UV light system to help make the air cleaner; my brother decided on this since it would help with my health. I still have no idea exactly how it works haha. Anyways, I hired them in June of 2025 to install a new air conditioning unit, when my old one wasn't working. They came out quickly to evaluate the system, then scheduled a time for the installation. They did a great job with the installation, and also installed my new digital (ECOBEE) thermostat, which has been "cool" to use via my cellphone too. The price for everything was great too. They were very informative, helpful, nice and friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them!

This was the first time I had my furnace ducts, AC duct cleaned . Wow Miguel and George did a fantastic job!!! They were super nice ! I was really impressed at how thorough they were and explained everything. I am so happy that we decided to use them . 5 Star service all the way . Highly recommend!!!

Great team that came out quickly and updated me on the arrival time along the way. A lot of other HVAC companies refused to service our rooftop AC units, but ER Air arrived and inspected / cleaned both condensers. Very friendly guys and reasonably priced, I’d recommend reaching out for any HVAC need.

These guys are the reason my kids, 4, 3, and almost 2, aren't sweating on a 93-degree day when my AC went out suddenly. Rates are less than ABC and FourSeasons, and it was actually FIXED THE FIRST TIME! Had them put a sticker on the furnace with contact information for yearly furnace and AC maintenance.

Jorge and Julio did an amazing job cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent in my house. I started doing laundry after they left and my dryer is back to drying clothes in one cycle. I highly recommend ER Air and I will be using them again in the future.

I WOULD NOT USE EVER AGAIN If I could give them zero stars I would. Totally ripped me off. The two guys who came only cleaned the four returns took pictures than left. They claimed they could not do upstairs at all and said could not do flex lines. what made me mad was that with all of the evidence they continued to lie. I found pieces of insulation in ducts, upstairs flex ducts had been busted open. they didn't find a vent that was disconnected. In fact I do not trust this company back in my home. I advise not to use them and if you do for some reason I advise keep a close eye and check their work. If you or someone you know had pay this company to "clean" your vents check and make sure it was even done. Update its been almost two year since they supposedly cleaned out vent completely and we still find pieces of insulation coming up from vent. Maybe next spring I'll just us a long rod with brush on end and my shop vac and see how much better I can do for zero cost and a little of my time.

Nathan and Alfredo came out to clean our duct work. Upon arriving they thoroughly explained what they were doing and answered some questions. After setting up their equipment they got to work going to each register and dryer vent. The before and after photos they showed us were amazing. We will call them out again in a few years to keep our inside air clean. Highly recommend.
