Erwin Marine Sales

We have rented pontoons from Jody a few times, most recently for a kickoff activity for my wedding. He has great communication and is so accommodating and helpful. It is not easy coordinating 3 pontoons and a group of 20 to take pontoons out and he made everything easy and low key. The boats were clean and in good condition. We had an awesome time. We have looked for our next boat going on 3+ years.We met Payton Massey early on during the process from Erwin Marine. Payton kept in contact, low pressure and always available. We made the decision finally on a Cruiser Cantius 42. The boat was a great decision, but the person to by it from was the home run! Usually after the sale, service ends. Not with Payton. He has helped many times after hours and on weekends via text and calls. That is service! He is always happy to help. His service is above best of the best. Thanks Erwin Marine!!! I booked a full day boat rental as a gift, but unfortunately needed to cancel. I was afraid I may not be able to get a refund, or even a partial refund, especially since it was just a couple of days before the trip. I called and explained my situation. They were very kind and understanding and gave me a FULL refund!! I will definitely call them when I plan the trip again!!

We had an incredible experience today at Erwin Marina's locking class. I can't recommend it highly enough. The Corps of Engineers Lockmaster was there and is a true asset to our community. Thanks so much to him and Mr. Underwood for their time and attention today!

After a great experience renting through Erwin, we decided to research purchasing a used pontoon. It was our lucky day when Brandon Mansfield took our call and had the perfect Harris Tri-Toon for us at the right price. We are COMPLETE novices. Brandon and the rest of the staff patiently walked us through every step of the process from test drive, through insurance (Matt), registration, securing a slip (Melanie), and even naming our boat. Brandon has gone above and beyond on every level. His boating knowledge is extensive and his ability to break down information for newbies is amazing. Erwin advertises that they are family and a team that loves what they do. That is obvious in the way this company treats customers. Erwin completely stands behind its new and used inventory. Through Brandon's attention to detail and Erwin's pledge to customers, every effort has been made to make our previously owned boat look and drive like new. We honestly can't say enough great things about Erwin Marine Sales.

I purchased a boat from Erwin Marina 2 weeks ago. This organization is top notch. I have my boat at their gold point marine. Brian and Melanie have gone out of their way to make me and my wife feel at home. They had my boat cleaned, put a new name on it. The dock and the area around the marina is very nicely done (like a resort). They also have a parts department on site. I could go on an on about how nice everything is.
