Probably the sketchiest Tesla supercharger we have visited, but I think it just looked that way on the surface. One charger was physically damaged to being unusable and another was damaged but usable. There was a police presence there so that could be taken as good or bad.
The Tesla supercharger unit on Airline Highway is a convenient stop for recharging, surrounded by a range of stores like Albertsons, Taco Bell, Marshall's, and Burlington. It's an excellent spot for a quick charge while running errands. However, a slight downside is the occasional misuse of the disability parking spots, where shopping carts are left, hindering access for Tesla owners. Let's all be considerate and ensure these spots are clear for those who need them. Your thoughtfulness will be greatly appreciated by fellow drivers
Horrid location in rundown section of town. Taco Bell near is horrendous. Not a quick stop off interstate either due to traffic. I won’t stop here again.
Stopped here to charge on the way to New Orleans. Quick charge. Easy to find. No problems.
There are 11 chargers which is great. I've never had to wait on a charger and they're located in a shopping center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I really like the convenience.
Plenty of food options nearby, charging was fast, this spot was very easy to find, and a large parking lot to walk around in and stretch your legs from a long road trip.
Great charge! 128 kw Albertsons parking lot and a Taco Bell within walking distance
