Electrify America Charging Station

First time here 9/14/25 and all three stations are working fine and they're each doing about 50kW+

At this location, Electrify America charging stations are operating very slowly, causing multiple customers to experience long wait times, especially during late-night hours. Several stations are frequently out of service or malfunctioning and seem to require updates or maintenance. Hopefully, this issue is being resolved promptly.

Such an inconsiderate driver. Charged to a 100% when there was a long line . Blocking traffic when waiting .

Chargers were not available. Yellow tape in front of them all with construction equipment beside it. Waste of a 10 min drive. Wouldn’t come back.

Only one of the fast charges was working today. The app only showed that one was down. Sunday is a really busy day for charging. I called customer service. They restarted the pump but it still didn't work. They didn't offer to send a technician.

This EA station has serious maintenance issues, dispenser 1 has been out of service for 3 months even though many people have reported the issue, often the other dispensers notify you that they will only run at 60kw because they are undergoing updates, other dispensers randomly stop charging soon after they started and require several attempts to start charging again. EA is being irresponsible, they cut a deal with auto manufacturers to give 2 years of free charging, they take the money but don't bother to keep the machines running. As a result of EA's negligence, there is constantly a wait at this station.

Maintenance needs to be done on a scheduled basis to avoid non-operational chargers. The platform continues to disappoint. There needs to be a reset button on the chargers. Having to call to disengage or reset after someone else just used a charger is unacceptable. Contracts with property owners needs a provision for 100% access to charging areas, repaving, construction, parking of construction vehicles, and or limiting access, is unacceptable during peak hours 8a-10pm Staging areas need numbered demarcation to avoid "entitlement" issues.
