Contact EVgo customer service and just keep letting them know it needs to be updated. This charging station has been unreliable for way too long. Out of six stations, only two are actually working, and it seems like no effort is being made to fix the rest. It’s frustrating to arrive expecting a charge, only to find long wait times because of the limited working spots. If management isn’t going to maintain these properly, they shouldn’t advertise having six stations. Definitely not dependable for EV owners who need a consistent charging option.

Avoid this place. Chargers consistently down and when you call to report they have already been reported for weeks. Currently only 2 out of 6 chargers working and no eta for when they will be fixed when calling customer support. They have been down for several weeks. You will wait over an hour just to start using a charger.

So slow. Supposed to get 350 kw and I’m getting 30. EVEN WHEN NO ONE ELSE IS HERE. In the middle of a road trip and trying to get home on time and I’m so frustrated.

There is a total of six stations. One is constantly broken. The way they are set up is ridiculous. Each station has two plugs. So technically two cars can charge at the same time. HOWEVER, the way the parking spots are set up only ONE car can charge at a time. It’s always busy. If you need to charge don’t go there. Horrible.

If the charges actually work service is good..but the chargers break every 3 cars they charge... I been using these since January your better off going to southside because these always break. And take 3 months to fix just to break again. Never happens to tesla chargers and rarely eletricfy america.

Of the 4 fast chargers only one works. There is no evidence of maintenance since this has been going on for two months.
