EVgo Charging Station

You never know when they'll just randomly lock the gates so there's no access to the chargers. Today all the lots around it were open, but this gate was closed. I've been here 5 times and only been able to charge twice. Also, usually only 1 or 2 of the chargers work.

We found this charging spot through Google and thank God, it was the only fast charge around downtown. We were lucky that there was no event at the Nissan stadium and parking was freely available. Big bonus, you walk to Nashville downtown using the pedestrian bridge! Lost one star due to the charger stopping the charge at 70% for no reason.

Hit it on a Monday morning after the Sunday game. Gate was open and unlocked, probably because crews were cleaning up still. Charged fine at 50-60kw. Volvo CX40 recharge

We had a great experience once we figured out how to use it. It was our first time. We didn’t understand how to use the app, but were able to just use a credit card. We needed to be a little more patient than we were. We started up a couple of times and then took the charge gone out right as it was about to start charging. Once it started charging it charged about 90 miles in 45 minutes. We did get an error message, but tried it all again and it worked.

I’ve contacted their customer support multiple times and their machines never work. Parking lot locked regularly if there is stadium event within a few days. Don’t trust your low battery to them.

Easy to find, fast charging! I had to use the EVgo app and charged for about 30 minutes.

This station is closed during off-season. We used our last bit of charge to get there and ended up having to be towed because the charging lot was closed.
