Tesla Supercharger

One star to congratulate it for being the only supercharger in Newport News , Hampton, Yorktown.. chargers themselves work great, but there needs to be some addition of trash cans or at the very least cleanup of the parking lot on a regular basis. Backing in can be tight if a bunch of people are at all of the stations (which happens a lot since it's the only supercharger in Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown!).

Decent amount of chargers would be nice if there were outdoor potty’s since mall has limited hours.

Always dirty charge station. Either tesla or Mall admin should consider this. Charging is slow too compared to other charging stations.

As far as Tesla super chargers go this is the worst I’ve been too. This is right off a major highway but yet has no bathrooms close and if the mall is closed then you are really screwed. There are no trash cans no where to buy a drink and the only place to walk a dog is the paved parking lot. It truly is sad the lack of thought put into the placement of this charger.

Great working superchargers as expected. The location is great for the daytime. Right outside of Patrick Henry Mall near the food court is convenient for a break but I would be wary in the evening. Reminds me of trying to use an ATM at night. Only if you can't avoid it to be extra safe. I don't know of any incidences. But just to be safe.

Decently lit. Good number of chargers for 9:30pm on a Friday.

It's a decent location. Tucked away from majority parking, so there's not a feeling of risk to getting door-dinged. Also, close enough to the mall lighting for a feeling of security. Slight drawback in my opinion is, Tesla Supercharger locations could use solar awnings, and be equipped with Starlink terminals.
