Great place to visit, but if you can't walk far, get a wheelchair placard for parking or use the drop off circle. Always a good time inside. Staff are so friendly and helpful and plentiful. A great place to hang out. Experienced Pompeii. Saw the videos and exhibits. Nice walk thru. Maybe need a couple more sitting to rest places - this is a very educational exhibit with a lot of standing to read. My legs got tired. Ate at the Cafe right there at the entrance and the BAJA Bowl is now my new favorite. So refreshing with the Chile lime and feta and pepitas and fresh greens! YUM!
I was working there setting up the Pompeii exhibition. Paula and Brandi were amazing to work with. The people at the science center were professional and courteous and very helpful in directing me where I needed to be. I didn't get to see much of the facility but plan on returning for a full tour.
Me and my family really enjoyed the museum.
We had such a great time!! $10 parking and free admission!! Michelle (manager) was absolutely fantastic!! Thank you so much!!
I went to this place with my family and it was a great FREE, place to go and learn. They have a lot of great exhibits that teach kids about steam printables. They also have signs up for those who are sensitive to noise for when an area is gonna be too loud. On that note they also have dedicated quiet zones for them to relax and decompress. All i can say is go when you can just know parking is $15.
Lots to do here for all ages. During the school year on week days expect to see lots of field trips from various schools. Even still, there is so much to do that it never feels over crowded. Best of all, it’s free. You can pay for parking, I want to say it’s around $15. It’s worth it because it’s safe and secure.
Someone from Starbucks suggested this place to us, and we came here to check it out. This science center is actually pretty huge, and there are activities for the kids to engage and interact with - seems to be better than the Museum of Science in Boston... we did not get to finish exploring the museum as we only had an hour. The kids had a great time there, for the short time we were there. The outside has these two big dishes, and we definitely spent a good 10 minutes playing and testing the sounds. Overall, had a great time with the kids here.
