EVgo Charging Station

We needed to stop here at 23:30 (11:30 pm) and charge up before we headed back home to Spotsylvania, VA. after visiting friends and family in the area. We got the tip from a "fellow EVgo user" that these stations have been recently installed. There is a total of 8 stations here in the far corner of the parking lot near the Target store. Thirty minutes of charging we we at 100% and headed back home.

Pretty good experience for me. Got in and charged at 50kw even though 2 other cars were also charging. Only issue is that one of the chargers was offline.

I had a positive experience — all of the stations appeared to be working and the screen on mine was clear and easy to read, so perhaps they fixed that issue others mentioned. I found it easy to just plug in and then follow prompts on screen (versus using an app).

This is my third time charging with the charger named dorit it does not charge your vehicle accurately I got charged $14 in the miles started rapidly decreasing I lost about 30 Mi after I drove 5 miles down the road. I am going to repost a email address for people to contact me that have been affected by the Shady company I will be speaking to some lawyers in the area to possibly start a class action lawsuit against evgo. We cannot allow this company to continue to rip us off.

It is a very good charging station but the credit card transaction is a bit surprising with a $55 hold and long time for the real transaction to reflect on my card.

These chargers are horrible!!! The touch screens are extremely hard to use. I tried touching soft and then hard would not work. I don’t understand for these chargers being so new, that they don’t work better. Why don’t the machines charge faster. Man Evgo is the worst!!! I dislike this company. I really don’t like that this is my my only option. Something needs change. Costume services is the worst.
