EVgo Charging Station

Charger marked offline and EVgo branding removed, so most likely permanently closed.

Tried to charge a rental car (Kia Niro). We had to call support for them to reset the charging station. The car was on 31% at 1:50. Went back at 3:50 and it was on 47%. Went back at 6:45 and the car was on 77%. Such an inconvenience. Definitely not a supercharge attachment, as the car said it needed 3 more hours to fully charge.

Charged my Bolt yesterday in Denver for 15 mins. EVgo placed a hold on my checking acct (as many firms do these days) for no less than $55 for 3-5 banking days. ABSURD. Will never use EVgo again.

considered using this station. Last time I tried it failed to operate. used another station instead

This charging station is a piece of joke Both charging stations does NOT!!! work. 9/11 2022 Called the customer service for EVgo and they said, there is a ticket (ongoing in progress ticket) with an issue with these stations. The F&$^*%$ station don't even display anything and waited 3+ hours to see any charge, got 0% charge ... but their F^#%^$^^$ APP showed the time it spent charging and est. Owe amount... When the shyt was not charging then why the app was showing its working.. If the stations were not working, then why don't they show that they are BROKEN!!!

I tried to use this station maybe three times a year and it's literally always a waste of time because it never is working. No wonder nobody bothers buying your EVS when there's not anywhere in town you can even charge the stupid thing

Expensive. Occasionally operational, usually broken. This part of owning an EV is hard. The installed base of chargers are now starting to need repairs, they aren't profitable for the owner, so why maintain them?
