EVgo Charging Station

I love how I can count on every EVgo station I try out to be absolute garbage. They always deliver terrible charging rates for Teslas and customer service will say they work for everyone else, you’re just an idiot. Every single station I try I get the same "charging adapter fault" message. 1/10 times after many attempts to plug and unplug it will charge around 45kW max.

Fast charger. Worked fine with the 2019 Kia Niro EV. Yes, it gets very busy here and I believe there are only two chargers. Sometimes cars park without charging because there is limited parking here. There is another EVgo down the street and some Electrify America chargers near by. Also, there are lots of dealerships down the street if you want to charge at your dealer. I've called and they are usually happy to let me charge at Kia.

Glitchy machine, will run your card multiple times with repeated charging errors. Can’t trust your vehicle will actually charge once plugged in, no idea how many times it charged my card. App isn’t any better

Middle stall is broken between Addison and Wesley.Need to be repaired.

Just not enough chargers for non Tesla, taking 30 minutes plus to charge it is very impractical to wait to charge your car when others are in the bays. Put in more chargers.

Very busy lot on the weekend. Lots of cars and pedestrians walking to "The flower Fields. Quick 10 minute charge for Spark EV. Used the restroom at Rubio's.

Normal evgo station 4 for chargers along with a lot of Tesla chargers, Starbucks and bathrooms. Great location. Not I much shade
