Great experience. Donavan was extremely helpful! He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that I fully understood the options. Top tier customer service, good price, and a clean unit that never had any issues. Definitely recommend.

Had a very good experience using Extra Space storage. I have a unit in the cooled space. The area was always clean, there was always a wheeled flat dolly to help move my contents. The temperature was kept a very comfortable temperature and I was never uncomfortable when in my unit. The manage has always been kind and helpful. I would recommend this extra space without reservation.

I have been with this storage facility since February 2023. Unfortunately I did not intend on staying here very long but luckily enough for me, the staff at my location is amazing. Michelle at the store in 3401 west greenway rd specifically is so communicative and helpful anytime I have any questions or need with anything. I honestly wouldn’t still be here at this location if it wasn’t for her customer service and always going above and beyond! Not to mention, one of the cleanest locations as well. Every time I go in there to either pick something up or drop something off staff has always out and about it easily to be found.

Went over here today to see our new unit. Donovan was incredibly helpful and took us to the unit, and explained everything to us perfectly until we all understood it. He answered all of our questions and his service was amazing!

I had some questions and concerns after completing a rental online. What could have been a very frustrating situation for me was not only made better by Donavan, it restored my faith in customer service!!! As a business owner myself, I know the importance and many places fall short.
