Extra Space Storage

There was an open unit right across from my existing unit. I wanted to rent it so I could have space to organize and repack my belongings. I was able to do so. The unit was convenient spacious and affordable. It allowed me to convert from cardboard boxes into tots. I was able to go through my things and if I had to leave I could. Then come back and start where I left off with. It was so much easier than going through a few things and having to shove everything back in. Leaving me with a bigger mess and not being able to find anything. The staff we're really helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. It took me longer than expected to complete what I was trying to do but it was totally worth it. I love it here Lisa and her crew are great since they have been here this location is much cleaner, their always in the office if not they are easy to locate.

I had such a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Miss Stephanie! She was incredibly professional, friendly, and patient while walking me through all of my options. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel valued, but Miss Stephanie did exactly that. Her customer service is top-notch, and she truly made me feel confident in choosing Extra Space Storage. Highly recommend asking for her if you need assistance—you’ll be in great hands!

I’m happy I got this storage! It’s always clean when I come and go, and I never have trouble getting in the gate. The front desk worker is nice and even lets me throw away trash, which some other storage places don’t allow. I chose this unit because it stays open until 10 PM, which is great since I go to school and work during the day. I also like that they check the units to make sure everything is safe. It makes me feel like my stuff is well protected!

Kenny is the storage manager at this location and he’s super awesome! I couldn’t believe the online prices for a storage unit. He patiently took his time and allowed me to see a few units before I decided on one. The reason for the low cost units is because they’re located upstairs with no lift or elevator access. I’m totally okay with this though because in this economy I need all my coins. Insurance and cylinder locks are required for each unit, you can bring your own or purchase one here. They even offer vehicle storage. Boxes and packing materials are available for sale as well. I’d highly recommend this place it’s super easy to miss when you’re driving by though, it’s located right across the street from the Kohl’s warehouse.

The manager Lisa is friendly and hands on with any questions or needs. The staircase is swept and the rails are kept cleaned. Very happy with the hours being open until 10:00 pm.

I have had a wonderful experience with extra space storage. The management Lisa in particular has been so kind and helpful. I would recommend ESS to anyone.
