We had the opportunity to provide pressure washing and window cleaning services for Extra Space Storage, and it was a great experience working with their team. 100 stars!! Great customer service. Suzanne went above and beyond. I could not believe the lengths she went to to ensure we had exactly what our organization needed. Facility is CLEAN and well maintained. I love the convenience of Bluetooth access and being able to share and revoke access with the touch of a button. No keys or codes to remember. Highly recommend.

This is for hixon pike location Chattanooga. I have been renting for a year started at $57 which was a promotion.Three months later I get an email about price increase that's fine $79 which was set for 2 months down th road. Today I learned that today they decided to do a $70 increase due today with no notice at all no email no call no text. Bad business. They couldn't give me a good explanation.

I booked the storage for my daughter to store her things over the summer. The storage was extremely clean and very accessible. The price was very affordable. Each person that I communicated with at the location was very helpful to me and my daughter. I would definitely recommend this particular location to any and everyone!!! Alisha Clark
