5-Star Review – Extra Space Storage (Finally, a place that doesn’t suck). After years of dealing with a filthy, hot, impossible-to-navigate storage facility that shall remain nameless, I made the switch to Extra Space Storage and it’s like upgrading to first class. This place is legitimately spotless. Bright lights, wide aisles, zero dust bunnies, and actual climate control that works (no more opening the unit to a wave of Florida sauna heat). My belongings and documents are finally safe from the heat and humidity. Access is a breeze: plenty of carts, gates that open instantly (with App), plenty of parking and I’m in and out in minutes. The real standout was Agnes S. at the front desk! She took the time to listen, showed me three different units, explained the pricing clearly, and helped me pick the 5x5 that actually fits everything without wasting money on space I don’t need. Zero sales pressure, just genuinely helpful. If you’re tired of sketchy storage in Florida, go see Agnes at Extra Space. Clean, cool, convenient, and run by people who actually care. 5/5.

This place is awesome. Easy process from renting unit to going in and filling unit. Great Customer Service the Manager Allison called to make sure all was good seems super friendly. Was amazed how clean the facility was. My first time getting a unit but this place was spotless. I’m happy and would recommend.

Alison over at Extra Space storage is such a delight. She’s always there to help us with anything we need, always super cheerful and extremely professional. Plus, the Port St. Lucie store is packed full everything you could ever need for your next move. 10/10 recommend this location!

Good evening I rented a 10x15 space, and it is packed. The facility is clean. The people there were helpful answering questions. The climate control was working. They have some carts that are helpful. (Need a few more) The elevators moved well, but there are two, and they were kept in use the whole time I was there it was a little bit of a delay. Other than that, I got the lease up pricing so as I understand it, they are at 90% capacity, and the price went up.

Clean facility, well maintained, and the staff is very nice. However, the price hikes are outrageous and too frequent. In only nine months time my rent went up a few times and in total has increased by over $150. I'm paying around $210 now for a 10' space. I know I had an introductory rate that wouldn't last forever, but the huge rate jumps in under one year are too much. I was at my last place for 10 years and never saw this kind of crazy increase until the last year or so, which was what made me leave.

From the first call with Sheila to the manager Allison everyone was transparent, friendly and very helpful with picking out the unit I needed. The entire building from the office to the units are well maintained and monitored. Super friendly and very welcoming and helpful. Will always use them for my storage needs
