Fernandos Batteries

Mr. Fernando came to my house and delivered and replace my old battery. He was very nice and professional technician. Thank you so much Fernando I will definitely be a regular customer. Also the lady that answer the phone was very polite and very helpful. Thank you. Gracias! They also take debit cards, not just cash. So that was very helpful because sometimes I don't carry cash. The prices on the battery is very fair. They don't over charge.

So I went to Fernando‘s Batteries on Nellis and Washington somewhere around that area. Fernando said may I help you I said yes I need this battery. He told me the price and I said OK. Let me bring my old battery back and I’ll buy this one.. So as I was driving through Craig, I ran into another place to sell batteries and guess what it Was on by Fernando yes the same owner I walked in right away he disrespected me saying hey you were in my other store last week and you didn’t buy anything. I told him yes remember I said I was gonna go get my old Batteries so I could get credit for it and he’s like oh yes, I do. So anyways, he found a bad rain needed it and he said it was $100 plus taxes and I said what if I give you $100 in cash can I save the taxes he said no I’m a legit business. I said OK I go to the counter to pay for it hundred plus taxes I take my credit card out and he says it’s two dollars extra for using the credit card. I’m like wait a minute if you’re legit business, why are you charging two dollars to use the credit card? You know you’re not supposed to charge customers for using credit cards is like you don’t like You can go somewhere else. He literally kicked me out of his door and he told his wife or I don’t know who she is at the desk if he comes back do not sell him anything ever again. Well, that’s not a way to treat customers. I told the lady I said I used to have a business and a person they told me it is not to charge customers if they use a credit card. She responded. Do you still have that business? I said no it doesn’t matter If I have the business or not But no, I don’t have it and she like well that’s why you don’t have it anymore.

This place was very nice and friendly prices were very reasonable. I purchased a new battery and I will go back for other battery needs.

Legit the best guy ever. My car eats batteries like crazy and Fernando has been the most reliable, dependable and very honest. For people who have hybrids where it's a pain in the ass to get to the auxiliary battery, Fernando and his crew took care of it for me. Thank you!!

Very good people's the lady was amazing helpful with me as well the guy. They took care of me very well totally recommend this shop. There Latin as well very awesome. Good prices for the battery's go check it out.

Fernando knows how to run his business. Always beats other prices, has a great selection of refurbished batteries, remembers my name when I call which is a great touch. I needed a delivery for specific time and he makes it happen. That's what I call great customer service! I would give more stars if I could!
