The customer service over the phone is the worst. If you don’t want to work today either call or our quit. I spoke with one person in which he sounded like it was his first day on the job so I asked for someone else. He puts me on hold to come back on the phone with a disguised voice and tried to be a smart mouth about answering my question. All I asked was if this store sold a certain product. I never been to the store before, I got info off. Google that the product I was looking for was there. but after the phone interaction I will never visit that store. I don’t care if they were the only store with the product I need.

When I called in to get the price on the airbags lady named Linda gave me a price of $129 per airbag when I asked her if she could do any better on the pricing she said yes sure just come on in and come see me when I went there within 30 minutes to buy the parts They said the price of the part $147 and the best they can do is $145 and the lady named Linda - She totally lied and said that she never gave me the price and my question to her was why would I not ask you the price when I’m calling you to find out availability and price And why would you change the price when I come in so in a way you’re telling me something just to come in the store and once I’m in you gonna charge me a higher price. I have been doing business with this company for many years never had such a bad experience and I am very disappointed

The store is clean and neatly arranged, but the staff are not very active in helping customers buy accessories. Overall, I don't feel very comfortable.

Called 4x , four times. Each time Jacob picked up. It seemed like he didn’t want to work the way he sounded. It’s ridiculous how bad their service is. Everytime they said for me to hold. Was on hold for 40+ minutes and each time they hung up. They do not care about you, stop giving services to such places

Horrible communication from receptionist, good place but needs work when speaking proffesionally, maybe the guy was angry about something else.

Pretty helpful. Appreciated them putting the part in my truck. Would be nice if they could look up parts for your truck but all is well that ends well. Friendly. I haven’t had to return anything yet that’s the real test IMO.

I went here to get a radiator for my 2018 Freightliner. Unfortunately I reached out to 3 other places and nobody was able to help me find the correct radiator and it seemed to be an issue. I spoke to a rep here at FleetPride and they helped find one within 10 mins. Sadly the one I got was a newer model (a quarter of an inch longer on the cage) and it didn’t quite fit snugly. I explained the situation to the manager and he said come back with the receipt and I’ll order you one same day. These guys are true professionals and customer satisfaction is their #1 goal.
