Might have said this already, but I got in pretty quickly without an appointment. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but this was due to the tech not being satisfied with the condition of a gasket on the replacement part. They located a suitable item, and got me on the road. An extra 45 minutes quite possibly saved me a couple hours later. Thanks!

November 2023, needed a clutch adjustment. Others said it would be between 2 days to a week. They got me in that day, had it done in an hour and charged 1 hour. It now works great. They understand downtime. Good deal these days.

Wheelco is amazing! We blew an airbag on our RV and all the roadside assistance companies couldn’t help us since they didn’t have technicians in the area. We called Wheelco on a Friday afternoon. They had four rigs in front of us so they couldn’t help us until Monday morning but they said to come at 7:45am and we’d be first. They got us in immediately and very quickly identified the issue. They didn’t have the exact airbag but they had one that would work until we got home. These guys were smart and efficient! We’re very grateful for their help!!

Amazing business! The front desk parts staff rank in the top 1% of ANY similar business/setting that I've ever dealt with. Had a complex issue regarding brakes on C65 Chevy and they immediately grabbed to old parts books and then started phoning outside sources to get an answer for me. Amazing!

Place has really gone to trash after they sold to fleet pride. Parts department guys are not very nice, seems there is a lot of tension and termoil. I will not be spending any more of my cash there. JIM HAWK YOU'VE GOT ALL MY BUSINESS.

Wheelco has amazing customer service, great prices, and fast delivery. I have bought pick-up, trailer, and camper parts there. The staff does a good job of giving me different options and price points depending on what I'm needing. I can call, email, or message them and they are always ready to help.
