Called in for the part , was told 60$ out the door under my ARGO account , was charged 71$ later on on my card. This is unprofessional treating your customers like this

The people that works here are very polite

Called and had a 15min conversation about the part I needed and was told it was onsite. Got to site took part I needed replaced in for comparison and I was told they don't have it they didn't even look on there computer or anything and handed me a card for another company. And asked who I talked to of course I didn't have a name so apparently it's impossible to find out who told me so I'm SOL. It was just a power steering hose no end pieces or anything BTW.
