Crew Travis & Charles arrived around 8 am and finished about 1 pm. They kept the driveway clear and worked efficiently. Travis answered all my questions about how the solar system worked, AC Solar vs DC Solar. To my surprise, the inverters on the panels did not increase radio frequency noise, like some inverters do. Very happy with the process and results.

TRAVIS CREW- My overall experience with getting solar panels in Florida has been excellent from start to finish. The installation crew was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They worked efficiently, explained the system clearly, and left everything spotless.I’m very happy with the entire process and highly recommend both the product and the team behind it.

I don’t live here but I happened to be down at my grandmothers home to help her move out of it. She put it up for sale due to the fact she is moving to the panhandle area with my wife and I. She has Alzheimer’s and is moving into assisted living near us since we are her closest family members. While I was here cleaning out her home, the phone rings and man tells me that she agreed to solar panels less than 4 months ago. They have been getting the permits and waiting for word to install the panels. I informed him that it was not happening since we have power of attorney for her and she couldn’t sign anything. He proceeded to tell me that’s fine but they would be sending an invoice. I said good luck with that and he then threatened me with a lien on the house. I said I wanted to see the contract that she "signed" and he said he would email it over. Still waiting on that. Be wary folks.

Barlow crew was great! They arrived and finished right at the times I was given. They were super polite and kind. They had to deal with an upset neighbor and were still super professional and more concerned about the effects of that encounter for me once they leave. Great team!

Travis's crew was an extremely polite. I was extremely impressed. I highly recommend using this crew for all the work. They took the time they explained everything they were doing how they were doing what they were doing. I couldn't ask for more. They were experts very professional they cleaned up all of their Bits and pieces and left nothing behind. Highly recommend Travis's crew.

Good solar; poor support for pool-pump add-on Flo Energy installed my solar panels and included a variable-speed pool pump in May 2024. The solar has been fine so far. The problem was the pool pump: its bearings failed within a year. I contacted Flo multiple times over several days and was told the pump was out of warranty, but I never received a clear plan, options, or follow-through. With the pool not filtering, I ultimately had to replace the pump myself. I get that Flo doesn’t directly service pool equipment, but if they market and install it, I expected clearer warranty information, better communication, or some help with next steps. My advice: if you use Flo, stick to solar or get all non-solar equipment details (brand/warranty/support) in writing. They'll install the cheapest pump they can get their hands on. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend them.
