The best air conditioning service I have ever had. Super knowledgeable, prompt, and very concerned about providing the best service possible and they do. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I cannot recommend Eric and Florida Cooling Store highly enough! Wish I could give it 10 stars!! Eric has been to my home, servicing my air conditioner for many years, helping me to get the most out of my older a/c unit. Unfortunately, at a very inconvenient time, the air conditioner became irreparable. Because it was summer, Eric knew that we needed cooling quickly and said that he could have us up and running in a few days. However! When he found out that I was going to be married in two days and had to out of town guest coming to stay with us the very next day, prior to the wedding, he made it happen the very next morning! He is a professional and does not cut corners. He always leaves the work area impeccably clean. He has 25+ years experience and makes appropriate recommendations. He is honest and goes above and beyond! Thank you Eric!

Florida Cooling Store came out on a 2-10 Home Warranty and did a wonderful job! Eric came on a Friday afternoon and fixed the air conditioner in no time. They told us everything was covered by the warranty and didn’t try to push any products or sell anything - even though the system is older. Eric did an excellent job, they were so easy to deal with, and the customer service was wonderful! So glad 2-10 Home Warranty sent them our way!

I highly recommend FL Cooling! Eric was the technician who installed a new air conditioning system in my home back in August 2022. Since then, their responsiveness to any issues has been outstanding. Today, the AC stopped working, so I reached out to Eric. Despite being on another call, he promised to get back to me. When he did, he walked me through how to resolve the issue on my own, which took less than 10 minutes total. I’m incredibly impressed with their customer service and honesty. I can’t recommend them enough!

Eric came out and fixed the issue right away! They also installed my AC unit in 2018. I only deal with Florida Cooling Store when it comes to any AC issues. They are quick to respond, reasonably priced and have great customer service.
